No Refunds Policy

Once you purchase any of our online courses, the payment is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or technical issues. By purchasing our online courses, you agree to this no refund policy.

In the event that you encounter any technical difficulties while accessing the course materials, please contact our customer support team immediately via email: hello@innovationacademy.com.au  We will make every effort to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our online courses, including the availability of any course content, at any time without prior notice. In the event that we do so, we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our online courses.

We make every effort to ensure that our online courses remain available for the duration of the advertised period. However, in rare circumstances, we may need to discontinue a course before the end of its term due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that a course is discontinued before you have completed it, we will provide you with a credit that can be used to enrol in another course of equal or lesser value. You may use this credit to enrol in any course that we offer, subject to availability.

To request a credit for a discontinued course, please contact us at hello@innovationacademy.com.au. We will verify that you have not completed the course and provide you with a credit to be used towards another course. The credit will be valid for six months from the date of issuance.

Please note that the credit provided for a discontinued course is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
