How long will my course take?
Our courses are designed to be short online courses and usually take between 4 and 20 hours to complete but you can find specific information about the length of your course in the Course Information Section under each online course listed. Each learner is different so this should only be used as a guide and you may find that you complete it in a shorter time if you are a very fast reader, or a longer time if you require frequent breaks or have a different learning ability.
How do I access my course?
Once you have made the payment, your course will be available in your online account. You can enrol in as many courses as you like and they will all be available in your online account where you can track the progress of each one.
What does a typical course include?
Although all courses are different, they have been designed by experts to sequence the content and learning in a visually attractive way, with lots of activities, videos, flashcards and other interactive features so you don’t have to do excessive reading. All courses typically include between two and four modules broken up into lessons with a knowledge quiz at the end of each module.
What sort of certification will I receive and how?
Once you complete your course, you will receive a certificate of completion available in your online account for download or printing. This will also be emailed to you.
Can I enrol in more than one course at the same time?
Yes, you can enrol in as many courses as you like. They will all be available in your online account and you can work through in any order and progress will be saved automatically.
How long will I have access for?
Once you enrol and make payment, you’ll have two years to access and complete your course. Your course progress will automatically be saved so you can start and continue whenever it suits you.
