Work with diverse people
Promoting diversity has become an essential skill in the workplace. This means recognising, respecting and valuing differences among individuals and creating an environment where everyone feels included and can contribute their unique perspectives and skills. This course describes the skills and knowledge that are required to work respectfully with people from diverse social and cultural groups and situations, including Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people. It applies to all workers.
After completing this course, you will be able to:
