As populations age, the demand for quality aged care services is increasing. Knowing how to work effectively in this field ensures that elderly individuals receive the respect, care and support they deserve. Working in aged care goes further than just assisting with daily tasks, it is about being patient, listening, understanding and ultimately caring and making a difference in life for each individual patient.
