Managing project scope is the art of defining and controlling what a project will do. It involves setting clear boundaries for the project’s goals, deliverables, tasks and timelines. Good scope management means  keeping an eye on changes to avoid going off course and making sure the project stays on track and within its intended boundaries. The aim is to get the project done well while sticking to the plan. The course applies to individuals responsible for managing and leading a project in an organisation, business or as a consultant.
