This course will teach you how to manage business risks in a range of contexts across an organisation or for a specific business unit or area in any industry setting. If you are working as a leader or manager in a role where you are approved to implement change across an organisation, business unit, program or project area, this course has been designed for you.

- develop the ability to establish the risk context to manage risk in a work area or organisation
